Milwaukee, deprived of Giannis Antetokounmpo due to a knee injury, relied on Damian Lillard to capture the victory on the floor of Miami 106-103, Tuesday in the NBA.

Lillard scored 37 points (10 of 17 shooting and 8 of 13 three-pointers) and completed twelve assists. On the other hand, the top scorer was Jimmy Butler with 23 points for Miami.
“I had a very good start to the game, I didn’t try to force it. But I didn’t want to remain passive, so I tried to remain aggressive throughout. Works,” commented Lillard.
The Bucks expanded by 22 points but a series from the Heat (26-9) made Miami return to Milwaukee (85-80) to start the fourth quarter.
And Miami even managed to get back to level (96-96) four minutes and two seconds from the final siren.
With 30 seconds left, the Heat were only one length behind the Bucks (104-103) and Tyler Herro had won for Miami with five seconds left, but his three-point shot did not go in.
In the process, Taurean Prince made two free throws for Milwaukee and Terry Rozier’s last three-point shot, which should have tied the two teams, missed their target.
“We made important shots, we played aggressively, we made some free throws at the right times, that’s all you have to do to win a close game like this,” Lillard said.
. Houston en prolongation
Houston only beat Minnesota in overtime after coming close in regulation time.
With 38 seconds left in the fourth quarter, a basket from Amen Thompson allowed Houston to get back into the tie, 102-102.
And this same Thompson put the Rockets into orbit from the start of overtime with a winning basket that allowed Houston to reach 11-0 and control its lead until the end.
Finally, Houston’s Turk Alperen Sengun finished with a triple double (22 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists), supported by Fred VanVleet’s 27 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds as well as Dillon Brooks’ 22 points. More than enough to counter Anthony Edwards’ 29 points for the Timberwolves.

Frenchman Victor Wembanyama scored 34 of 128 points in San Antonio’s win over the Utah Jazz (128-115), including 24 in the first period.
. Along with Durant and Beal, Phoenix dominated the Lakers
Having recovered from leg injuries, Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal shined during the Phoenix Suns’ victory over the Los Angeles Lakers (127-100).
If Devin Booker (26 points and 10 assists) finished as the top scorer of the Suns, Durant and Beal did not leave 23 points each for their return to the floor.
“I feel good,” Durant said “We need this win and as long as we’re healthy, everything will be fine.”
In the Lakers, Anthony Davis is the most famous with 25 points and 15 rebounds, while LeBron James can be proud of 18 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds.
