motogp, the precedents

Thailand has already made four appearances in the MotoGP World Championship. The record holder for successes is Marc Marquez, who won twice and always after a duel on the final corner. In 2018, the Spaniard on Honda beat Andrea Dovizioso, while the following year it was Fabio Quartararo’s turn to bow. On that very 6th October 2019, the champion from Cervera won his eighth career title. After the stop due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Buriram returned to the calendar in 2022. On the first occasion, Miguel Oliveira won, the most precise on a wet track. Last year, however, Jorge Martin triumphed at the end of a very tough duel with Francesco Bagnaia and Brad Binder.
