Houston Astros pitcher Framber Valdez pitched in one of the scoreless games on Tuesday night against the Texas Rangers.
In the ninth inning, with two outs on the bench, the 30-year-old left-hander saw Corey Seager break his dream. On Valdez’s 107th pitch of the game, the Rangers shortstop threw the ball out of bounds.

The Astros gunner is starting to show signs of fatigue, having previously given up two walks to opponents. He was then replaced on the mound by Josh Harper and the Houston club earned a 4-2 victory.
Valdez finished his game with two earned runs on one hit, three walks and five strikeouts in eight and two-thirds innings of work.
The Dominican can console himself by saying that he has already pitched a game without a score or a hit in his career. He achieved the feat last year, in a 2-0 win against the Cleveland Guardians.
