MEDEF President Praises Attal, Retailleau, and Bardella’s Economic Awareness
Patrick Martin, president of France’s largest employers’ organization, MEDEF, has praised several political leaders for their understanding of economic issues. Speaking on Radio Classique, Martin commended Gabriel Attal (Renaissance), Bruno Retailleau (LR), and “to a certain extent” Jordan Bardella (National Rally) for their grasp of “economic perils”.

Martin found positive aspects in Prime Minister François Bayrou’s speech at MEDEF’s summer event but also expressed reservations. He appreciated Bayrou’s commitment to not hindering company growth and competitiveness in the next budget.
