Gimhae, South Korea – Lotte Hotel & Resort Gimhae has achieved a significant milestone, becoming the first family hotel in Gyeongsangnam-do to receive a five-star rating from the Korea Tourism Association.
This prestigious recognition follows a rigorous evaluation process that assesses facilities, services, and hygiene, with a combined on-site assessment and mystery shopper review. To earn five stars, a hotel must score over 900 out of 1000 points.
Lotte Hotel & Resort Gimhae stands out with its 250 rooms, including Deluxe, Family, and Sweet options, accommodating up to six guests, perfect for family stays. The hotel incorporates the ‘Seum Decoration’, inspired by Geumgwan Gaya’s history, blending local charm with sophistication.
