Main–Taunus (mtk). How can you develop strategies to deal with the increased performance demands in your professional and private life with more composure? This is the question addressed in the one-week retreat on the topic of “Stress resilience in everyday working life” offered by the Evangelical Family Education Main-Taunus.
Seminar leader and yoga teacher Sabina Ihrig shows participants yoga and mindfulness exercises that are suitable for everyday use, which prevent stress-related illnesses and have a positive effect on mental health and well-being. The retreat takes place from Monday, 7th to Friday, 11th October in the seminar house “Sampurna” in Schlangenbad near Wiesbaden, which is close to nature. The seminar costs 575 euros plus costs for accommodation and meals, which are booked separately at the seminar house. The retreat is recognized by the state of Hesse as educational leave.
