L’AQUILA – From the educational garden to yoga, passing through the creation of musical instruments with elements present in nature.

The authentic bond with the land and respect for the environment are the basis of the many projects that will animate in L’Aquila, from September, the first family nursery service, “Tagesmutter”, on the Northern European model, for the reception and education of children with personalized paths and learning, growth and development projects, based on hospitality, care and well-being.

It is called “Tana libera tutti” and this adventure, born from the will of the Ets Association, in the village of Onna, in via della Ricostruzione 52, was started by Samantha Bird e Shiva Warriors, 26 and 30 years old respectively.

“It is a home nursery that will host a maximum of 10 children from 0 to 3 years old, in both a school and family environment – explains Uccello – We are three educators working in the facility and then we avail ourselves of the collaboration of specialized external personnel, professionals that our association makes available to families, such as the pediatrician, the psychotherapist, the nutritionist, the speech therapist, the music therapist. We offer consultations and visits to start paths based on needs”.

The “Tagesmutter” project is inspired by the method of the educator Rudolf Steiner, father of a thought that, together with Montessori, is of great inspiration and is based on a pedagogy focused on the natural times of each person, to fully develop individual abilities and to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to improve their personal potential at their own pace, respecting their own growth rhythms, without therefore being forced to reach certain objectives within a pre-established time.

“One of our strengths and the one we are most proud of is the educational garden – adds Guerrieri – Making children understand how to take care of vegetables, seeing them ripen and then taking them home is in our opinion a great lesson and an opportunity for contact with nature that, otherwise, they would hardly have. Among the many activities, we also make use of the expertise of a music teacher for the creation of instruments with elements of nature”.

A dedicated app will also be available from September, to update parents on everything on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
