Over the weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, the Kupal Club of Rancagua played dates 3 and 4 of the A1 National Volleyball League, an opportunity where, despite falling, they showed that they are clearly growing as they were able to take sets from their respective rivals. .

On Saturday, at the Hermógenes Lizana gym, the local sextet received Colo-Colo. After a first set where the visiting team, coached by Francisco Espinoza, won 16-25, Kupal attacked in the second set to win 25-22. With the duel tied, the outsiders had to bring out their greatest experience in the honor series and thus managed to close the match 1-3 with consecutive sets of 13-25 and 18-25.

The good performance of those led by Alexis Gómez was repeated on Sunday, because at noon they received the University of Concepción.

Against the Penquistas, led by Marcelo Ravanal, the match was very tight, with few differences. The visitor took the victory by 1-3 with partials of 23-25, 27-25, 19-25 and 21-25, an opportunity where Kupal once again took the second set.

Next weekend, on dates 5 and 6, the Rancagua team will visit the Stadio Italiano in Santiago on Saturday the 16th, and on Sunday – in a venue to be defined – they will receive the National Team.
