Paonta Sahib John’s Under-19 Girls Sports Competition was held from September 2 to September 5 at Government Senior Secondary School, Shivpur. In this, the students of Shaheed Kamal Kant Memorial Government Senior Secondary School, Kotdi Beas, once again maintained their supremacy in yoga and won the title of winner. In this competition, the school’s student Divyanshi daughter of Pawan Kumar Chandpur, Ritika daughter of Rupinder Kumar, Anu and Madhu daughters of Chamel Singh Vaishali North Anil Kumar participated on behalf of the school in the yoga team! In yoga, the school’s Yogini Kritika daughter of Sandeep Majra won the title of winner. Divyanshi daughter of Pawan Kumar Chandpur won the title of Best Yogini. The chief guest of the closing ceremony Naseema Begum Director HP Civil Supply Corporation Women Welfare Board Himachal Pradesh and Guest of Honor Rishabh Sharma Tehsildar Paonta Sahib and other guests honored the winning players by giving them trophies and medals.

The school’s physical education teacher Dhamendra Chaudhary said that the yoga team has been performing well for many years.
