Mont-de-Marsan, France – Julien Quesne cemented his status as a top contender in the French Golf Tour with a decisive victory at the 10th edition of the Open PGA France. The Sarthois golfer showcased exceptional consistency and skill, overcoming a slight early stumble to claim the title and further strengthen his position on the tour.

Quesne’s performance last week in Valescure provided a clear indication of his form, and he carried that momentum seamlessly into this week’s event in the Landes region. His three-round total of 129 (-10) left no room for doubt, leaving his competitors trailing in his wake.

Despite a rocky start on the opening day with bogeys on the 4th and 8th holes, Quesne quickly recovered, displaying remarkable composure and a strategic approach to the course. With five birdies across the remaining rounds, he expertly controlled his game and secured a well-deserved triumph.

Antoine Auboin, playing alongside Quesne, also experienced a challenging start with a double bogey on the 4th and a bogey on the 8th, but rallied with three birdies on the return leg, securing second place. Romain Guillon contributed to the strong performance with a solid 66 (-5) on the final day.

Looking Ahead: French Golf Tour Schedule

The French Golf Tour will continue its momentum with a trio of events scheduled for May. First up is the MCA Professional French Championship on May 1st, followed by the Open PGA France de Lacanau Alps on May 22-24, and culminating with the Open PGA France de Roissy on May 28-30. The final event at Golf PGA France You Vaudreuil will serve as a test of talent for the tour’s members
