Navarro Club de Lucha Shines at Judo Compitions

Navarro Club de Lucha has much to celebrate as judokas bring home multiple medals from recent competitions in Córdoba and Santander.

Veterans Super Cup, Córdoba

On the men’s side, the club’s Judokas shone:

  • Lluis Galián from Judo Club Lizar earned a silver medal in the M1 -81 Kg category. He defeated seasoned rivals Alejandro Gens of the Canary Islands and Diego Jesús Egea of Murcia to secure the second-place position.

Spain Children’s and Cadet Super Cup, Santander

The club’s young judokas were equally impressive, earning one gold, one silver, and one bronze medal, and several top-7 finishes.

Children’s Category

Markel Hernández from León Pamplona claimed the gold in the -60 kg category, while Paula Agorreta of Navarro Club de Lucha earned a silver in -44 kg, and Garazi Telletxea, also from Navarro Club de Lucha, took home the bronze in the -48 kg category. Notable mentions go to Julia Marcos and Almudena Moya for securing 7th and 5th places, respectively.

Cadet Category

Ilan Pérez of Atarrabia, Odell Chueca of Navarro Club de Lucha, and Martín Pérez of Pamplona Swimming all clinched 7th place finishes in their respective divisions.
