MIFA Football Park, a premier sports facility in Tokyo, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a facility management and management staff.
“We will be responsible for the management of MIFA Football Park.”
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Front & Facilities Management: Reservations, telephones, equipment preparation, laundry, cleaning services
- Progression and Guidance of Individual Participation Programs: Assist in match-style and lesson-style programs
- Management of Tournaments and Football Events: Referrals, societal conferences, event management, and assistance

- Employment form: Contract employee (3-month probation, 1-year contract with renewal)
Requirements & Preferred Skills
Requirements:
- High school graduation or above
- Honesty and strong customer-handling skills
- Ambition and self-motivation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in soccer and futsal (not required)
- Passion for football and music
- Strong work ethic, compassion, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to find joy in customer satisfaction
- Teamwork and ambition towards big goals
Service Site & Accessibility
Service site: 6-1-23 Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo
– 2 minutes’ walk from north exit of Yurikamome Shin-Toyosu Station
– 13 minutes’ walk from Toyosu Station on Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line
– Passive smoking prevention available (no smoking on the premises)
Working Hours & Compensation
Working hours: Variable (e.g., 11:00-19:00, 15:00-24:00, etc.) with a 1-hour break
Salary: Monthly salary starting from 220,000 yen, with overtime pay provided if incurred
Benefits: Commute expenses paid, staff wear provided, salary increase and employee promotion systems available

Holidays: Closed from 6th to 8th of a month and New Year holidays
