In a sensational conclusion to the 2025 season, Jimena Ayllón, the 15-year-old prodigy from Soria-CS24 Badminton Club, has made history at the Master of Catalonia. The young Soriana not only dominated her own sub-15 category but also challenged herself in a higher level, securing gold medals in both the individual and doubles categories.

“For me, this is only the beginning,” Ayllón told 247Sports News about her remarkable feat. “I wanted to push myself and compete against tougher opponents to improve my national ranking.”

Unstoppable in Individuals

Ayllón’s journey to the individual title was nothing short of phenomenal. She defeated the third seed in her path to the final, dropping zero sets along the way.
