The Grand Prix Jeunes, organized annually in April, and the Garlaban Tournament are pinnacle events for the club. The tournament serves as a unique opportunity, open to players from non-classified to National 2 levels, encapsulating a wide spectrum of skillsets. For the club, this visibility is crucial. It offers us good visibility and we try to involve a maximum of our members.
The BCA’s success is built on a strong foundation of 190 licensed players, with four interclub teams – the top one competing in Regional 1. The club’s leadership is dedicated to boosting both leisure and competitive badminton, especially among the younger demographics. The club is also actively promoting a sense of continuity in its development.
A key driver of their efforts is Hug Bacchis, a young trainer who has earned his CQP (first level of professional qualification) and is now leading the youth section. Additionally, the club has introduced mini badminton for children aged 6-10, offering a structured introduction to the sport.
