GNK Dinamo was punished because in the championship match of the 12th round Šibenik – Dinamo, the members of the visiting fan group (BBB), located in the east stand, lit one torch in the 75th minute, two torches in the th -77 minutes and a torch in the 80th minute, riots are described and punished under Art. 66th st. 2. It was also penalized because the home fans were on the south side of the west stand at 45.+3. minute who chanted “Gypsies, Gypsies” to the head referee of the match for fifteen seconds, thereby committing a violation of Article 87 of the HNS Disciplinary Rules, where a fine of 2,660 euros was determined, and based on provision of Article 38, para. 1.
