Tobias Heinz signed with Gothenburg and was officially presented by the Swedish club. The 26-year-old Norwegian joined his new team as a free agent after parting ways with CSKA. His contract with the Swedes runs until December 2027.
“For me, IFK Gothenburg is one of the biggest clubs in Scandinavia, and I clearly noticed the great interest in it during the period I lived in Gothenburg. It is the club in town that engages the most people. They also told me how Gothenburg wants to operate and fly in 2025,” Heinz said.
