In the Marais de Mira, Rached and Marion Couapel cultivate harmony around their seven hectares of nature dedicated to permaculture, and whenever possible harmony between people. For the first time, on July 27 and 28, they organized a wellness weekend there. Bad weather and the cancellation of some activities did not stop us from meeting people.
Here, there are no temple traders or personal development teachers, but masters of their disciplines. Olivier Chouteau, practitioner of Wu Xing Qi Gong and Wu Xing Chuan, teaches the basics of stick handling this weekend. According to him, it is a practice of health, awakening but also an art of protection.
Under a yurt built in a clearing, Xavier Garnier uses his skills as a massage knife, a practice discovered in 2010 in Taiwan with the president of the plum blossom foundation Zong Ling Wu workshops, art therapy, sophrology, yoga, and other living foods are also offered these days in search of harmony.
Along the same line, the Marais de Mira will host the national permaculture meetings on August 22 and 25, with an expected 600 participants.
