HANOI – Nguyen Hai Dang, Vietnam’s last hope in the Men’s Singles event, secured a thrilling victory in the first round of the Vietnam Open 2025 on Monday. Dang, ranked seventh, outclassed Chinese Taipei’s Wang Yu-Kai 21-16, 21-15 to move to the second round.
