FSU Baseball Faces Tough Test at Amegy Bank College Baseball Series

Seminoles Prepare for High-Level Competition

ARLINGTON, TX – In his fourth season at the helm, Florida State head coach Link Jarrett is set to lead the 16th-ranked Seminoles (3-0) into a challenging weekend at the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series. FSU will face a demanding schedule against Michigan, No. 9 Auburn, and Nebraska at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

This tournament marks a significant step up in competition for Florida State, featuring a top-10 opponent and two other programs with established postseason success. It will be the first time the Seminoles have played in an MLB stadium since 2018.

  • Friday, February 20th, 12:00 p.m. ET: vs. Michigan

“He’s doing a lot better. I guess when you have that stomach virus bug, it takes you awhile to get your strength back,” Jarrett said. “ … This is a long season. When somebody’s beat up like that, you want to be smart and wise.”
