FIEMME VALLEY. An event on well-being and health at 360 degrees, the Val di Fiemme is preparing for the “Cura festival”.

The free entry event is scheduled from 10am to 10pm Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th November al Palafiemme of Cavalese and the acronym of the event means awareness, union, renewal and harmony.

The “Cura festival” was created by Tatiana Deflorian and created with the support of “The Voice of Women Odv“, an association that has been operating in the valley for two decades.

The creator’s intent is to respond to the increasingly widespread need for a holistic approach to the concept of “well being”, which considers the person in their entirety of mind, body and emotions. In next weekend’s event, this response translates into a real deployment of forces and people who will propose many activities.

The holistic approach considers the person as a whole, recognizing that every aspect of life, from emotions to interpersonal relationships, from the body to spiritualitycontributes to overall psychological well-being.

Based on the idea therefore that the salute mentaland cannot be separated from physical and emotional health, the “Cura festival” offers multiple interpretations of the concept of well-being and health.

The program includes holistic treatments, yoga sessions, Taiji Quan, meditation, creative workshops, conferences and much more. At the market you will be able to discover high quality artisanal realities, all consistent with the themes of the event. The chef Lorenzo De Nadai finally, it will propose a menu, dedicated to the occasion, with seasonal products designed and combined as a natural extension of the very concept of care and well-being.
