Judo Guidel’s Lallemand Rochel Set to Compete at French Championships

Daphnée Lallemand Rochel, 14, will represent Judo Guidel at the French Championships in the minimal category (under 52 kg) this Saturday in the Paris region. This qualification follows a successful season where she secured titles as champion of both Morbihan and Brittany.

Rising Star’s Journey

Lallemand Rochel began her judo journey in 2021 in Quimperlé and has been training with Judo Guidel for her second season. She approaches the upcoming competition with a focused mindset.

Preparation and Coaching

For the past month and a half, Lallemand Rochel has been undergoing rigorous training, guided by a physical trainer. Her coach, Teddy Gourdin, believes she has the potential for a strong showing.

Club Anniversary and Special Guest

Training Sessions with a Champion

Pinot will lead three training sessions during the anniversary event: two for cadet to senior categories and one for juniors.
