The free self-defense courses for women organized by the Teresianas Sports Groupin collaboration with the Calahorra Town Hallare also organized again this year.

The first of them will be held on Saturday, October 19, starting at 4:30 p.m. in the Judo room of the Teresianas sports center. The next ones, in the same place, will be on October 2 and 23.
