Start your wellness journey with ‘Inhabiting the Four Bodies’, a unique workshop that merges mindfulness techniques, breath work, and conscious training. Led by expert instructors Elisa Ruano and Noelia Lorite, this adult-only workshop promises a transformative experience. Here’s what to expect:
- Mindfulness techniques to help you stay present and calm
- Breath work (pranayama) to strengthen your lungs and concentration
- Conscious training to improve skills, coordination, and flow
