Wednesday, September 11th, the classes resumed at the Nogentais Judo Club. Young and old alike were able to return to the dojo and the tatamis with great pleasure.
For this new season, the club has decided that the courses will be made up of three groups so that everyone can progress at their own level: on Wednesdays, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Fridays, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., the mini-pouss and the samurai (2020, 2015) will be welcomed; on Wednesdays, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Fridays, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., the benjamins and the minimes (2014, 2013, 2012); on Wednesdays, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on Fridays, from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the cadets and above (2011 and before).
The club also offers yoga, taïso and muscle strengthening gym classes with instructor Kelly Frymyer.
This year, the club has recruited a new coach who is making a grand return to his roots. Present at the creation of the Judo-club nogentais in 1968, this is Françis Clerget, who will come to strengthen the team for the courses for young and old to teach them the basics, techniques and how to put them into practice on the mat. The club wishes the judokas a great season and if any newbies are interested, the Judo-club nogentais is ready to welcome them with a free trial period. For all information, call 07.84.67.75.33.
