In the second half, Jean-Luc Vannuchi’s team accelerated their pace, and Mathis Lambourde, the striker from Stade Rennais, executed a brilliant move in the box to deceive the goalkeeper from close range (49th minute). Subsequently, two penalties were awarded to the Bleuets, both of which were successfully converted. First, Joan Tincres (81st minute) secured the lead for her team, followed by Tidiam Gomis (87th minute). France emerged victorious with a 3-0 scoreline, making a perfect start to the competition before their upcoming match against South Korea on Wednesday, November 15.
