2K released today NBA®2K25 Arcade Editionthe latest installment of the NBA 2K series for Apple Arcade. NBA champion and five-time NBA All-Star Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum graces the cover and a breath of fresh air returns with exciting updates to the NBA 2K game for Apple devices.
With the return of popular methods and the introduction of new content, the NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition players have many ways to connect with their friends and compete with their skills. This year’s update includes an expanded MyCAREER mode with a new neighborhood that combines MyCOURT’s indoor, outdoor streetball courts, shops and environments into one seamless experience.
Players can expect different content and modes in NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition. These include:Â Â
- New content in My CAREER: MyCAREER introduces a new neighborhood game, with new outdoor streetball courts, shops and NPCs. The excitement increases with new core badges, customizable street outfits, tattoos and PVE/PVP streetball games.Â
- GOAT Challenge: In the revamped “Greatest” mode, players can unleash the career-defining games of legends. In each patch a new GOAT appears. At the beginning, players will experience the rapid rise of Jayson Tatum, from NBA rookie to NBA champion. In 10 levels, from his first NBA game in 2017 to the 2024 NBA Finals, players can unlock upgrades, badges, and time-limited rewards by completing goals
- Search: Quests features an improved tutorial that guides players through new content, helping them learn the game and controls as they complete various tasks and earn rewards. It also offers help in creating MyPLAYER. Â
- Coming Soon – Times: NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition introduces regular seasons, each themed around an NBA player and offering new rewards and updates. Players also have the chance to unlock exclusive and time-limited rewards such as stylish clothes, new hairstyles, unique tattoos and coveted shoes.
