Eicma 2024: Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello, news and technical data

At Eicma, Moto Guzzi unveiled the V100 Mandello 2025 range, characterized by a breath of innovation and technological refinements on each model. The motorcycle that marked a fundamental chapter in the history of the brand is now presented in a more complete and sophisticated guise and with a new celebratory version, the V100 Mandello Wind Tunnel.

Let’s start with the already well-equipped V100 Mandello S, which now offers the system as standard Pff Rider Assistance Solution. This driving assistance package, developed by Piaggio Fast Forward and introduced for the first time on the Moto Guzzi Stelvio, uses 4D Radar Imaging technology to increase safety. Functions such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Blind Spot Information System (Blis) and Lane Change Assist (Lca) support the driver, helping him maintain control in all conditions. The V100 Mandello S 2025 is not limited to innovation: it also offers new shades; ice green and lava red, with golden details.

New colors and technical improvements

All models in the V100 Mandello range receive technical and stylistic updates. Calibration has been improved on the 1042 cc twin-cylinder to make driving smoother and comply with Euro 5+ standards. The transmission, refined with the same improvements introduced on the Stelvio, promises smooth and precise shifts. Furthermore, there is a new central protection for the radiator. The basic V100 Mandello comes with shades blu ocean and grigio titanium; matt metallic colors, enriched by black rims and heads.

It is a tribute to aerodynamic innovation. To celebrate 70 years of the Mandello wind tunnel, Moto Guzzi presented this special version, which expresses the brand’s link with aerodynamic innovation. This motorbike pays homage to the structure built by Carlo and Giuseppe Guzzi, inaugurated in 1954 and which has become an emblem of Italian excellence in scientific research applied to motorcycling. The Wind Tunnel is not just a symbol: it integrates the sophisticated adaptive aerodynamicstechnology that adjusts the position of the side deflectors based on speed and the selected Riding Mode, to improve the rider’s protection and comfort. Aesthetically, it is characterized by a red livery with gold details, which recall the engine heads, and black graphics on the tank and tail. The technical equipment is equally complete, with Öhlins semi-active suspension, Cornering Abs, Quickshift and the Moto Guzzi Mia multimedia system.

Moto Guzzi also presented a renewed accessories catalog for 2025. The V100 Mandello range can be customized with a new tank bag and a cardan guard. Furthermore, for the V100 Mandello and the Wind Tunnel, rear radar is available, which activates the Blis and Lca functions to guarantee greater safety on the road, with LED rear-view mirrors that signal any dangers.
