While the 2023-24 DP World Tour season is still far from giving its verdict, we already know the schedule for the Opening Swing, the first stage of next year. It will begin on November 21, 2024 in Australia before continuing to South Africa and ending in Mauritius, just before Christmas.
Five tournaments will comprise the first stage of the 2024-25 season of DP World Tour. Unlike the 2023-24 financial year, we will only start in Australia with BMW Australian PGA Championship planned for Royal Queensland Golf Club in Brisbane from November 21 to 24, 2024. This tournament will be accompanied by PGA Tour of Australasia. We will continue from November 28 to December 1 withISPS Ready Australian Openwhich happens in Kingston Heath Golf Club and on Victoria Golf Club from Melbourne.
The European Tour then moves to South Africa with a richly endowed first meeting, the Nedbank Golf Challenge ($6 million) is legendary Gary Player. We will play as usual Gary Player Country Club from Sun City (December 5-8).
L’Opening the Swing will still continue in South Africa withAlfred Dunhill Championship (December 12-15) on the legendary route of Places called Leopard Creek Country Club in the United Statesin Malelane, before a trip to Mauritius Mont Choisy (December 19-22) forAfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open. These last two tournaments were co-sanctioned by Round the Sun.
The full DP World Tour 2025 schedule will be announced later this year.
