• 2 nights in Idyll Hotel Gais in Gais AR (single room or double room)
• Meals in the hotel: 2x breakfast buffet, 2x alkaline-vegan lunch menu, 2x alkaline-vegan dinner
• Use of space including mats, blankets, fascia rolls

• Group size: Max. 12 participants. The final decision on implementation will be made by the club school at least 7 days in advance.

• Terms and conditions: The general terms and conditions of the Migros Club Schools apply. The package (including all defined services and hotel accommodation) can be cancelled up to 7 days before the course starts with a processing fee of CHF 30. If you cancel less than a week before the course starts, the entire course fee must be paid.

The “Detox Yoga” workshop is a collaboration between the hotel
Idyll, Gais and the Migros Eastern Switzerland Club School and an offer from the series “Leisure courses with a view”, which are offered in cooperation with Thurbo, Switzerland Tourism, St. Gallen-Bodensee Tourism and Thurgau-Bodensee Tourism.
