Golf Championships in Full Swing: Cordoba, Miller Lead; Giuliano Dominates Ladies
The first two rounds of the Cordoba and Justo Rosales and Franco Miller contest have concluded, with the young golfers showcasing their skill and determination at the Summit Golf Club. With the exclusive championship open to players up to 18 years, the competitors are gunning for world ranking points and provincial minor ranking glory.
Knights’ Charge – A Tale of Two Leaders
- Cordoba and Rosales: Both méditerranées finished with a total of 143 blows (72 and 71 for the former, 71 and 72 for the latter) after two rounds.
- Miller: Hot on their heels with 143 blows of his own (71 and 73).
- Porta Araoz and Guerendiaian: Close behind with 144 and 142 respectively.
Ladies in Command – Giuliano in a League of her Own
- Giuliano: Total of 142 blows (69 today) gives her a four-stroke lead.
- Roldán Sewald: Second place with 146 (75 today).
- Rivarola and Douer: Tied for third with 149 each.
Mixed Team Cup – AAG and FGPC Battle for Supremacy
The Argentine Golf Association (AAG) leads the team competition with Ana Giuliano and Estanislao Maradei Vaudagna’s combined total of 287 blows (143 and 144 respectively). The Golf Federation of the Province of Córdoba follows closely with 293 (143 and 150), while the South Golf Regional Federation is third with 300 (150 and 150).
Minors Category – Another Level of Competition
- M15: Gino Cecchetto (71) leads Mauricio Rodríguez (74) by one stroke.
- M13: Francesco Ciccola (76) holds a one-shot lead over Valentino Martínez (75).
- Ladies Minors: Sofía Cabrera and Delfina Douer lead with 149 blows each.
