Local Judoka Shines at Regional Tournament
The Carmausin Martial Arts Club (CAM) continues to demonstrate its strength in both departmental and regional judo competitions. Recently, the club’s young competitors participated in the Occitanie regional tournament, open to all licensed judokas from the region.
Amélia Claims Top Spot
Amélia distinguished herself at the tournament, earning the top position in her category after securing two impressive victories. She is described as standing out as “boss”
in her category.
This win provides excellent preparation for the qualifying phase next week at the regional criterium.
Club Fosters Collaboration and Growth
The CAM club too recently renewed interclub training sessions this past Thursday, March 19, bringing together adults from the jujitsu and taiso classes with members of the yoseikan budo club. This event was described as “a great evening of sharing between these two disciplines.”
