Yoga. It’s back to school for yoga classes. Sessions take place every Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the hall of the Amédée Ilhat communal complex. You should know that the first session is free, the others are 7 euros. For more information, you can call the teacher at 06 33 77 97 85.

Waterfall trail. Four Carlesians were supposed to take part in the last Trail des Cascades. In the end, there were only three. Indeed, Pierre Vitaux, who was injured, had to withdraw.

Corentin Eychenne, who has been competing for less than a year, took part in the 15 km, covering the course in 1 hour 56 minutes.

For his part, Régis Cédric finished in 2 hours 20 minutes, while Laurécie Pirès had to abandon. Congratulations to them and to the local volunteers for their participation.

Distillery. Located on the city’s estate, the Distillerie du Sud, which has won several awards in Ariège and even in London, produces several types of gin and vodka. The two oldest are Le Randonneur and Le Promeneur, and not La Citrouille as recently written. Our readers had corrected this themselves.
