BOISE, Idaho — The Cal Poly men’s tennis team concluded its penultimate non-conference week with a 4-1 loss to No. 61 Boise State at the Appleton Tennis Center on Friday afternoon.

Cal Poly’s overall record now stands at 8-5 as they prepare for their final week of non-conference play before entering Big West competition. The team faces a challenging schedule with ranked matchups against Denver on March 23 and Santa Clara on March 25.

Boise State (13-5) secured the doubles point, gaining an early advantage. The Broncos won matches on courts one and three. Jack Cross and Sean Kamyshev were defeated 6-0 in their doubles match.
