Throughout March, Terra Café hosted a packed schedule of events. On Wednesday, March 4th, a parent-child yoga session was offered from 9:30 a.m. To 10:30 a.m., accessible to all with free admission. Following the yoga session, Cathy Colmache, a nurse specializing in behavioral therapies, was available to discuss parenting and family life.

Workshops for Mind and Body

The café also featured back health workshops on Saturdays, March 7th and 14th, designed to promote self-awareness and improved communication. A fermentation workshop with Maitena is scheduled for Saturday, March 21st, from 9 a.m. To 12 p.m.

Arts and Culinary Delights

Terra Café extends beyond wellness, embracing the arts. On Saturday, March 7th, Mélanie Caroff presented a staging of her theater troupe “Bubbles and company’s” new indicate, All my dreams start from the Gare d’Austerlitz, a play by Mohamed Kacimile. Benat Errecalde exhibited photographic works on Tuesday, March 10th. A 100% Portuguese dinner, with a solidarity price of 18.50 euros and a recommended price of 22 euros, was offered on Saturday, March 14th, featuring cod as a key dish.

On Sunday, March 29th, Terra Café will host a brunch prepared by Maeva, the talented chef, promising a delightful culinary experience at an accessible price.
