RETURN POLICY
60 days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether we have approved or denied your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially post.

Change
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@bestpysanky.com and send your item to: 6374 W Howard St, Niles, IL 60714 United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
Depending on the reason for the return, shipping costs may not be refundable.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
