Burgos BH Kicks off 2026 in Historic India Debut at Pune Grand Tour
First Jerseys Up for Grabs in India
After starting their 2026 season with a triumph in the African Championship, Burgos BH will embark on another milestone journey to the inaugural Pune Grand Tour in India, beginning Monday, January 19.

The Pune Grand Tour: A Race Overview
The Pune Grand Tour, a 2.2 UCI category race, comprises a prologue and four online stages, offering a mix of flat and medium-mountain terrain.
- Stage 1 (Jan 20): Pune Prologue – 8km
- Stage 2 (Jan 21): Mulshi – Haveli, 87km
- Stage 3 (Jan 22): Pune – Maval, 132km
- Stage 4 (Jan 23): Purander – Baramati, 134km
- Stage 5 (Jan 24): Pune – Pimpri-Chinchwad, 95km
Burgos BH’s Squad for Pune
Merhawi Kudus, fresh from his African Championship victory, headlines Burgos BH’s six-man squad. The Eritrean climber will be joined by:
- Alexandre Mayer – Climber & sprinter
- Jambaljamts Sainbayar – Sprinter & versatile climber
- Clément Alleno – Sprinter
- Georgios Bouglas – Sprinter
- Adrián Fajardo – Neo-professional rider
