A multicultural and sporting association, the MJC du Pays Brassagais is constantly renewing itself with new speakers and new workshops.
With the new season, MJC offers many changes and innovations with almost 30 workshops for all tastes. The arrival of a new Yoga teacher was a very good surprise for the regulars of this event. Sabrina Lloris discovered this ancestral practice in 2003 and it changed her way of body, movement and breathing. He then approached different forms of yoga and in 2017 he discovered the teachings of Nâtha Yoga at the Chotika school of Florent Leboucher.
He decided to train and discovered a complete traditional yoga that simultaneously takes care of the body, mind and what makes the link breathing, breathing, energy. “In particular posture technique, we are in Hatha Yoga but the philosophical approach is different. After 4 years of training, while working in the cultural sector full time, I obtained a diploma from the French federation of yoga schools and already in the course, various teaching experiences encourage me in this direction Today, I participate in yoga classes and run sports sessions, after recently obtaining certification from of the Ministry of Health of the French Federation Sport will pour Tous and a few additional modules also just obtained certification to teach chair yoga from the association “Research on Old Age and Disability in Yoga” together with the federation of inter teacher of Hatha Yoga , convinced of its benefits, what motivates me above all is to offer yoga that suits everyone!Sabrina offers Yoga classes at MJC du Pays Brassagais this fall, open to everyone, regardless of level. flexibility, practice or research.
The main purpose is to practice simplicity and taste for daily well-being. Classes will be adapted by practitioners with yoga for everyone and adapted to each: different postures according to different rhythms, silence, energy, sequence, breathing, concentration and meditation. Another new feature, the return of a historic MJC event started 20 years ago by Françoise de Fanti: contemporary dance for children, teenagers or adults with Liza Kovacs, a graduate of the state and former professional dancer in the national ballet of Canada. Liza also continues traditional or sports pilates and offers gentle gymnastics. Meditation, introduction to astrology, drawing for adults, a sports club and painting courses are also new things to discover in the brochure available in stores.
