Bobo-Dioulasso: Inauguration of the tomato processing factory by the President of Faso

The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, will inaugurate this Saturday, November 30, 2024, the Bobo-Dioulasso tomato processing factory, symbol of the community entrepreneurship program led by APEC.

Built for 7.5 billion FCFA, this factory, 80% financed by popular shareholders, aims to increase local processing and achieve food security.

It will create 180 direct jobs and up to 3,000 indirect jobs in the long term, boosting the agro-industrial chain and supporting local producers.
