Sport Strijders Champions Inclusive Sports

Sport Strijders, an organization dedicated to supporting athletes with (intellectual) disabilities, currently encompasses two sporting branches: korfbalstrijders and badmintonstrijders. The organization was founded to provide opportunities for athletes with disabilities to participate in competitive sports.

The upcoming tournament will be hosted by BC Epe, a recreational badminton club established in 1966 and registered with Badminton Nederland (BNL). BC Epe regularly holds events at the PWA-hal on Sportlaan 1 in Epe.

BC Epe: A Hub for Badminton Enthusiasts

BC Epe offers badminton opportunities for both youth and senior players. Senior members can freely play on Wednesday evenings from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM and have the option to participate in free training sessions. Parabadminton training for athletes with disabilities is also available from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The club also fields teams in both the bondscompetitie (Veren 2) and a recreational mixed league.
