One year after the start of the investigation into alleged limitations in the organization of non-competitive automotive events, the AGCM (Competition and Market Authority) confirmed the transparency and legitimacy of the activities carried out by the ACI (Automobile Club of ‘Italy). Concluding a procedure in which the “reference body for motor racing” operated correctly, demonstrating full collaboration and providing evidence that underlined the institutional value of its role.
