Alfonso de Miguel and Mercedes Arroyo introduced themselves as the best results in the ninth round of the Castilla y León Senior Circuit held at the Soria Golf Club.
Alfonso de Miguel, from Dehesa de Morón, made his record debut in this series of competitions, in his case with a card of 31 points surpassing one of the pair consisting of the local player Mario Rodríguez and José María Reguera, from Saldaña, tied for second place with 30 points.
In the women’s category, Mercedes Arroyo from Palencia once again showed the quality of her game, winning the fifth victory in nine events of this Senior Circuit of Castilla y León 2024. However, the Isla Dos Aguas player had to work hard to will achieve victory every time he accumulates 23 points on this occasion, as achieved by Sonia Carrisque, from Aranda, and María Yolanda Valbuena, from La Galera, an equality that was not created based on playing handicap.
