Alaphilippe has chosen: the future is at Cancellara’s Tudor

Julian Alaphilippe has chosen, his future starting in 2025 will be at Fabian Cancellara’s Tudor. The only thing missing is the official announcement, which will arrive in a few days, but the Gazzetta can anticipate that the agreement has been reached. The 32-year-old Frenchman, born in Saint-Amand-Montrond, thus leaves the Quick Step group with which he has raced for 11 seasons, that is, since 2014: he has obtained 44 victories, among which the Sanremo and the Strade Bianche 2019 stand out, 3 Flèche Wallonne, 6 stages at the Tour and 1 at the Giro. In addition of course to the two World Championships won for France in 2020 and 2021, in Imola and Leuven (Belgium). The arrival of Alaphilippe is further confirmation that Tudor, which among others works for the Italian DS Matteo Tosatto and Claudio Cozzi, is a growing project: the arrival of the Swiss Hirschi was recently made official for 2025. And now, Alaphilippe: in sight (also) of the possible debut at the Boucle for the team in 2025.
