“AkaTsuki Venus®” embodies the spirit of the celestial body that shines in the early morning sky, guiding Japan’s basketball team, “AkaTsuki Japan”, to victory. The team, formed in 2017, fosters courage, dreams, and energy, with planned community contributions and SDG implementations mirroring the team’s efforts.

Upcoming Appearances

The AkaTsuki Venus® squad will make their debut on November 28, 2025 at the FIBA World Cup 2027 Asia Regional Qualifiers at the GLION ARENA KOBE.

They will also appear at Basketball Challenge Day events and other upcoming qualifiers.
