Air-Badminton Championships: A Summer Favorite
The summer might be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean the end of Badminton activities in Calabria. As the rest of the sports world prepares for the resumption of team sport championships in late August, Badminton enthusiasts can enjoy Air-Badminton – a versatile and fun outdoor version of the game.

Calendar of Appointments: Get Ready for the Indoor Season
After the Air-Badminton Championships, the indoor seasons are all set to begin:
- September: Federal and sports & health projects in schools start.
- 4-5 October: Junior and Under Regional Championships.
- 8-9 November: Absolute Regional Championships.
- 6-7 December: Provincial Championships.

Badminton is played in over 163 countries worldwide, with a global following of millions.
There will also be championships and promotional projects carried out with the collaboration of the CSAIN Sports Promotion Authority, both regionally and nationally, culminating in 2026 with an even richer competitive and training calendar.

The local sports association, Asd G., is geared up to participate in the Italian Air-Badminton Championship, aiming to bring home more glory to the region.
