The Telekom Baskets Bonn are gearing up for a special Christmas treat for their players, fans, and the entire basketball community. On December 21, they will host the German Basketball Bundesliga champions, Bayern München, in an extraordinary home game that is set to make basketball history.

In a departure from their usual venue at the Telekom Dome, the Baskets will welcome the Munich giants to the Lanxess-Arena in Cologne-Deutz. The last time Bonn played in this iconic venue was on April 7, 2000, against ALBA Berlin, which resulted in a record-breaking attendance of 18,506. Now, the Baskets aim to rewrite history and draw an even larger crowd.
