In his inauguration speech, Nicolas Maduro made several firm commitments. He also spoke of the need to deepen cooperation with African countries and with other partners such as China, India and Russia. On the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the President of the Pransition Legislative Assembly of Burkina Faso had several official audiences. Burkinabè students in Venezuela have not been forgotten. Most of them students in Comprehensive Community Medicine, they were encouraged to give the best of themselves to bring honor to the homeland. Dr Bougouma invited them to respect the laws of the host country by considering themselves as ambassadors of Burkina Faso, they must be good examples. “The house of African knowledge”, a curiosity in the heart of Caracas

The Burkinabè delegation led by the president of the Transitional Legislative Assembly carried out an immersion, Saturday January 11, 2025, at the center for African, Latin American and Caribbean studies. A memorandum which seals a partnership between their two parliamentary institutions with an underlying structured parliamentary cooperation. It will, for example, allow for exchanges of experiences and mutual support. The President of the National Assembly of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela stressed that his country supports Burkina Faso’s fight for real independence. Jorgo Rodriguez did not fail to point out to the Burkinabè delegation that the fight against imperialism and sovereignty is a long-term struggle. He reassures that the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela will share its experience in this area.
