Liliana BenedettiThe renowned holistic writer and painter Raquel Mengual Izquierdo, originally from Alguazas (Murcia), will present her fifth book titled “Rehálito” and an innovative holistic painting exhibition next Thursday, December 12.
The event will take place at 12:00 p.m. in the ONCE agency assembly hall, located on the Plaza de la Cerámica No. 2, in Molina de Segura. During this special event, attendees will be able to enjoy a double experience: the presentation of the book and an interactive exhibition designed to deeply connect with emotions through art.
A Double Presentation: Literature and Holistic Painting
In his own words, Mengual describes his initiative as an act to “touch, listen and see with the eyes of the soul.” The event includes:
- The launch of his book “Rehálito”, the fifth in the collection A world of values.
- An exhibition of holistic painting, open to the public from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.and later during the following days, until Friday, December 13, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
The exhibition is specially designed to be inclusive, designed for ONCE members and anyone interested in experiencing art therapy from a sensory and emotional perspective.
The Concept of “Rehálito”
“Rehálito” not only gives the title to the new book, but also represents a revolutionary concept. According to Mengual, this term—which will soon be included in the RAE dictionary—means an “emotional awakening” that invites people to reconnect with the vital breath, promoting improvement and self-healing through holistic art.
The book proposes a method called “Exit”which offers tools to learn to heal from love. Besides, Readers will be able to access free relaxation exercises through a QR code included in the book, allowing an interactive and transformative experience.
