On Sunday, September 29th, from 5 p.m., at the Neei Bauhoff event center there will be YinYoga and Sound, a loving and profound encounter with your own body under the direction of Nina Möhle-Berg, occupational therapist, Hatha, Yin and sound yoga teacher and course leader for mindfulness meditation.
YinYoga is a calm yet intensive yoga practice. Sinking deeply into the asanas (positions) – made possible by staying in the individual exercises for a longer period of time – in conjunction with listening to external sounds calms the body, mind and soul.
Holistic relaxation occurs.
