Sibylla Dighero experienced many very different slices of life before settling in Calmont to teach yoga.

After a personal and professional career that is unusual to say, Sibylla Dighero fell in love with Calmont four years ago, where she set up as a yoga teacher. Of Chilean origin, Sibylla completed all her schooling in Valparaiso before obtaining a diploma in commercial engineering, which allowed her to work for five years in marketing. “This activity did not particularly attract me,” he said, “I wanted to be an artist in Paris to prepare myself, I took theater classes for two years while taking some French lessons and then, I left everything, family, work and Chile to come and live in Paris. Sibylla immediately enrolled in theater classes, first at the Cours Florent, then at the school of Jacques Lecoq and, the following year, got degree in theater studies at the Sorbonne Nouvelle. But after playing a few classic plays, he struggled to get new roles and had to take odd jobs while teaching theater classes. .

In search of peace and tranquility

“While I was looking for a little peace and tranquility to develop in the difficult world around me, I turned to yoga which gave me a certain strength, physical and mental. trained at the Parisian Gérard Arnaud Yoga studio in 2015 and, thanks with the Yoga Alliance certification I got, I was able to give yoga classes in Paris.

Sibylla also perfected her skills with Doctor de Gasquet who taught her his method designed especially for pregnant women.
