So, come and discover at ALBAN MJC, with Véronique, certified teacher, the N.IA® Technique, inspired by 9 complementary disciplines: fitness, martial arts (aikido, taekwondo, taïchi) and body awareness ( Alexander Method, Yoga and Feldenkreis), from THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 12 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, in the gymnasium of the ALBAN college (behind the red cloths to the right of the stadium). A discipline accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical condition, N.IA ® allows you to maintain or change your form, to let off steam, to let go, to free yourself from tension, while experiencing the “JOY OF MOVEMENT”. of NIA ® and the JOY of MOVEMENT. The 52 movements are simple, with 3 levels of intensity, each going at its own pace. With the specific sounds and rhythms of NIASOUNDS ® that invite you to travel and places of freedom of expression, you can enjoy music that inspires and relaxes, that changes every week. Based on listening to the body, the N.IA ® Technique has no competition, comparison or performance goals. It improves concentration and coordination, memory, posture, balance, mobility and flexibility. Strengthens flexibility, breathing and physical strength. It soothes the mind and promotes relaxation. Finally, it allows you to regain or strengthen your self-confidence and experience a feeling of “general well-being”. For teenagers and adults, can practice solo, in a duo or in a group.
